PING ITERATION 2

Hey guys, I did some stuff.

To start, I added a couple visual effects like the ball hitting things and I also added a powerup bar, which when it's filled you can pressed B (on an Xbox Controller) when the ball is close to you and it will stop the ball and allow you to choose a direction to shoot it in.

I didn't do anything with the AI, I've mostly been focusing on the 2-player mode.

Keyboard movement works, but you can't use a powerup with it and I plan on phasing out keyboard as an option  anyways.
